Puppet making: magnetic jaws

For easy mouth replacement, I have decided to go magnet. Here is the painted head and mouth set, with the magnet set within the two part of the skull. The magnetic pull is very soft, which should make the mouth replacement routine almost effortless, with little risk of displacing the puppet in the process.

    1. Thanks for checking out. Holiday break and home move... so I am afraid the project will be on hold for a little while. Will be back at it with a vengeance.

  6. Just came across your blog. Very exciting, I was a huge Grim Fandango fan. I'm looking forward to this.

    1. Still alive, but hibernating. Lost my little workshop space, studying hard for an exam during my non-working time, I will need to expand that break until mid-march 2013.

    1. Thank you for keeping the gentle pressure. I am craving to get back into it... but unfortunately I have some pretty boring priorities to deal with as explained above. But we will close this hiatus in due time and get back seriously to the project soon.
